Natalie Rose
Natalie Rose is a Registered Psychotherapist and coach who offers high-level support to those wanting to improve their relationship with food and their body. She teaches psychological skills to overcome disordered eating, body image issues, chronic yo-yo dieting, and the binge-restrict cycle. Her courses involve building self-awareness around the development and maintenance of unhealthy eating behaviours, setting realistic and attainable goals, learning how to manage difficult emotions without turning to food (restricting, purging or binge-eating), building self-love and self-esteem, and reframing self-critical thoughts. Natalie’s course incorporates a combination of psychological intervention approaches, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectic behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing strategies.
